Registration of Ferroform Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Machine Manufacturing Unit). In 1989, Mr. Rajesh started a special purpose machine manufacturing unit in MIDC Bhosari, Pune for Industrial Applications
2. 1996
Large Market captured in India and Abroad.
In 1996, Mr. Rajesh along with his brother Mr. Ramesh and father come together to form UNIK Techno Systems, a tubular battery manufacturing company.
3. 2009
Lifetime Achievement Award by Battery Association.
In 2009, Shri KV NatarajanJi, receives the Lifetime Achievement award for his service in the battery industry by the Battery Association of India.
4. 2012
Modernization of PPE conforming to global standards.
In 2012, automated machines are introduced, and the company has sold more than 1M production units becoming a national brand.
5. 2014
Prestigious Customers such as NPCIL, International OEMs, Indian Railways.
From 2014 onwards, UNIK receives sought-after certifications from reputed Government Institutions & approved vendor registrations for major MHE OEMs across India.
6. 2017
Large Market captured in India and Abroad
From 2017 - 2021, each year as production demand doubles fully automated machines are commissioned, the company currently produces 60,000 traction cells annually.
7. 2024
Introduce Li-Ion to our Battery Manufacturing Capabilities
In 2024, we introduced Lithium Ion for Forklifts, Golf Carts and pallet trucks to fuel our commitment to technology development with time
